Yum, that cake looks absolutely amazing. Did you make it by any chance? I have been trying to teach my son, Aronui, how to cake and his favourite thing to create at the moment are chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing. We try to make some each week for his friends and/or teachers at school. Are you allowed to bring baking into Pt England to share with your teachers and friends?
Speaking of Pt England, I will look forward to seeing you when I come into school early in Term 1 to hand out the certificates and prizes for the Summer Learning Journey programme.
